Worst broadband ever

Ok so I am usually a beauty blogger but something today has really got on my nerves!

Over the last few years I have been with many internet providers looking for the best provider!

So here are a few key facts I look for in internet providers

  1. They need to be cheap enough  to not break the bank balance
  2. They need to have a good package to make me intrested 
  3. They need to provide a good enough speed (Kbs, Mb)download and upload
  4. They need to be an honest 
  5.  Last but not least there call centers staff need to know what they are talking about 
Right so I am currently with Talk Talk who are by far the worst internet provider i have come across, They lie, Scam & fob you off to the next person 
There enginers are the stupidest people I have ever met in my life, they aint got a clue what they are talking about! 
So these are the problems I have had with TalkTalk in the last 6 months

READY!!! 
  • 1st month I had no service of them what so ever BUT they still wanted me to pay a bill.
  • 2nd month they tried to take twice for the bill and left me with not only a £30 charge with the bank, They slapped a £10 Direct Debit rejection fee on the bill 
  • 3rd month I had trouble keep a steady connection with my broadband they send an engineer out and all he done was tap the wall socket and said it was fixed (literately)   
  • 4th month This was the best month I had with them no problems what so ever 
  • 5th month well this is where the fun starts, TalkTalk take out for the bill on the 11th of each month, I pay my bill in advance right! Well This company tried charging me 3 times that month 3 BLOODY TIMES, So that is 3 charges off my bank at £30 each time so that is £90 just off my bank alone, then I go look at my Bill £78.86 WTF!!! So this is where the hulk comes out and calls them, They offerd me £20 compensation <--  Kick in the balls or what?  I was on the phone arguing with them for over 2 hours In the end I got 6 month half price line rental and £20 credit to my bill whuptey fucking do.
  • 6th month, This is the current month I am with them now (March 2013) Well This month is all about slow broadband, So I should be getting around 3.8Mb Download Speed & 1.2Mb Upload speed, Do you want to know what speed I have been getting this last month Download speed is 0.7Mb & Upload 0.2Mb Phone call after Phone call to be told the same thing, I have had 4 Engineers out to try and solve the problem and nothing, I am still having the same problem I spoke to a man who works from BT Open reach and he solved it right away he has gave me the invoice & he has also sent an invoice to TalkTalk too, Gutss what was up, There Line out side of my property was corroded.
So after 6 long hard months I am now thinking if I should change providers 
 I am sick to death of getting screwed around.
TalkTalk I hope you come across this and sort your company out.
 I will keep with blog up and going with a weekly report
